You agree that by accessing, browsing, or shopping on this website, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Use, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.
User Registration
You may be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Products
All prices include prevailing Goods & Services Tax. MedMosaic Pte Ltd reserves the rights to change prices without prior notice at any time.
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colour, features, specifications and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colours and details of the products.
All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
Payments
All prices listed on our website are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Full payment is required when placing your order in our online shop.
All our online transactions are processed via Credit Card or PayNow.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation of orders is not accepted after payment is received. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
However, if you would like to postpone the delivery of your order, do give us 2 Full Working Day’s notice in advance of the original delivery date. If there is a quality issue or if you received a wrong item, please contact us immediately.
Liability & Return Policy
Any defect in the quality, quantity and condition of the goods should be notified by the Customer to MedMosaic Pte Ltd online store, on receipt of the goods and the delivery should be refused by the Customer. If the Customer does not notify us and accepted the delivery, MedMosaic Pte Ltd online store will not accept liability for such defect and the Customer will be required to pay for the goods in full as if delivered, refund and exchange will not be entertained.
Products return/exchange to be made within 7 days. Refunds and exchange is strictly not allowed beyond the stipulated time period. Returns are only accepted for defected items. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging intact.
